Destinasi Rasa 2022 at Latest Recipe, Le Meridien Putrajaya [Ramadhan Buffet 2022] | This entry marks the first official Ramadhan Review for 2022. Thanks Le Meridian for inviting us for the event - which I am sure that everyone has been looking for and waiting for, after two years living with the pandemic. 

With the theme of 'Destinasi Rasa', Le Meridien Putrajaya invites us to a culinary experience in an exclusive way at Latest Recipe with Chef Naem, a decorated celebrity chef. 

 

Chef Naem

Chef Naem is a young, well-known and decorated chef with his skill and experience with more than 5 years and made his appearance with few production in cooking program such as Dapur Panas, Hero Oven, Sembang Sahur and many more. 

What's Cooking @ Destinasi Rasa?

This year, Chef Naem will be serving us with his signature dishes such as Rendang Pucuk Ubi, Kari Kambing Bakar, Rendang Hijau Itik Salai, Kulat Masak Lemak Belimbing.

He will also be serving few all time favorites such as Kuih Getas, Kuih Sopang and a few more. 

Chef Naem's team will also be serving some culinary creations, the likes of:

• Kambing Percik
• Udang Masak Ros
• Rendang Kerbau
• Asam Pedas Ikan Jenahak
• Sup Ekor dan Kambing
• Roasted lamb with choices of flavours fragrance rice  

There will also be stalls serving more than 100 dishes of local and international flavors such as Nyonya Curry Laksa, Lok-Lok with Curry and clear soup, Satay and BBQ counter-village style. So, yes, you'll be spoiled for choices while rounding the floor of Latest Recipe, Le Meridien.

You want live stations? There will be five live stations, preparing and cooking the daily specials. 

There will also be Japanese cuisines favorites - all ranging from the sushi rolls, salmon and tuna in smoked and sashimi form are available too.

And what's a buffet without an array of its desserts? There are special cakes, ice-creams and chocolate fountains with marshmallows and fresh fruits awaiting everyone. 

There a long and vast section of amazing and fresh seafood too. My friend, Mahamahu and Cik Lily Putih were so excited to see and to enjoy the seafood from the section. What not to be excited about? The seafood were aplenty and fresh. 

What's the price tag?

The 'Destinasi Rasa' buffet will start from April 2, 2022 until May 1, 2022 from 6.30 pm until 10 pm daily. You'll be serenaded by a live band that performs beautifully throughout the session. 

My table was singing along to the songs - we were crazy like that. 

If you are fast to book your seats (before 30 March 2022) is for Early Birds, you'll enjoy a much cheaper price tag of RM148 nett (adult) and RM74 nett (children). 

The normal price is RM188nett (adult) and RM94 nett (children). The children is for the ones aged 5-12. 

There are also some benefits such as preferred discounts for selected bank debit or credit card holders, while members of Marriot Bonvoy may enjoy a 20% discount. 

 

Is there a private 'buka puasa' session?

Yes, if you are looking for a private session for your team, private dining areas can be arranged for groups of 150 diners and above.
