Jelajah Selera Bersama Hilton With Hilton Inn Garden KL [Ramadhan Buffet 2022] | Hello all. Yes, this is another post about the Ramadhan Buffet 2022, so you'll know where to go for your fave food and best deals this coming Ramdhan.

This time, I was invited to attend the 'Jelajah Selera Bersama Hilton' at the Hilton Garden Inn Kuala Lumpur. The Ramadhan themed buffet dinner is available at Rooftop 25 and Garden Grille.

Why the name you asked? Because the venue is at the rooftop of the hotel, which is at the level 25. 

This is where the magic happens and the view is amazing! 

With the theme 'Jelajah Selera Bersama Hilton', Hilton Garden Inn Kuala Lumpur brings the vast variety of Malaysia's unique cultural tapestry and culinary heritage. 

 

The Menu

So, what are the signature Malaysian favorites and Central Asian specialties that will be on display this year? 

Rooftop 25 puts on display the following on the menu for 'Jelajah Selera Bersama Hilton':

• 15 types of bottomless beverages ranging from mocktails, fusions, soft drinks, juices to local favourites such as Lychee Blue Hawaiian, Fizzy Iced Peach Tea, Melon Sundown, Arabian Night, Sugar Cane, and Pink Guava, Teh O Halia, Milo Tarik to name a few. 
• Ayam Ungep, Braised chicken in coconut butter and coconut milk 
• Ikan Keli Masak Asam Pedas, Catfish with Chilli Paste, Eggplant, Ladies Finger and Kesum Leaves 
• Sayur Goreng Jawa, Glass noodle cooked with Soya Tempe, Beancurd, Long Beans, Carrot in Sweet Sauce 
• Authentic Lemang Dishes that includes Nasi Impit, Ketupat Palas, Ketupat Nasi, Burasak, Chicken Rendang, Chicken Serunding, Coconut Serunding and Beef Serunding with Peanut Sauce and Lontong Sauce 
• Straight Off the Pit where you can request to grill Local Spice Marinated Lamb Steak, Angus Minute Steak, Acqua Pazza Foil Baked Fish, Honey Glazed Chicken Wings, Tandoori Marinated Calamari and many more.

Festive BBQ Sharing Platter @ Rooftop 25

Guests are invited to enjoy a Festive BBQ Sharing Platter at Rooftop 25 which offers one signature BBQ platter, one sweet & savoury platter, one main course of your choice, and two drinks. 

The BBQ Platter consists of a mix of oriental lamb, medallion beef steak, aromatic chicken, grilled chicken sausages, and more. 

It runs from 4 April - 28 April 2022 and is priced at RM179 per set and serves 2 to 3 persons.

 

Intimate Functions and Private Events @ Garden Grille

For intimate functions and private events, Garden Grille restaurant is offering a Private Festive Buffet featuring two Packages to choose from:

Garden Grille’s Garden Buffet Package and the signature dishes are:

• Nyonya Style Mackerel Fish Curry
• Oven Roasted Chicken with Perchik Gravy
• Daging Masak Hitam Berempah
• Pucuk Ubi Masak Lemak Dengan Udang
• Braised Egg Tofu with Broccoli and Mushroom

Garden Grille’s Signature Buffet Package that include signature dishes of:

• Nasi Hujan Panas
• Mackerel Fish & Okra in Assam Gravy
• Gulai Daging Kawah Dengan Kentang

Variety: 4.2/ 5.0 The buffet line is not as long as other.

Taste: 4.4/ 5.0 Tasty food.

Price: 4.3/ 5.0 Enjoying the good food with such a marvelous view, it will be worth it.

Ambience: 4.5/ 5.0 I love the view.
