Obesity is definitely a huge problem in Malaysia nowadays! We should always eat and live healthily :)

True is very expensive to be obese, that will leads to many sickness also.

ReplyDeleteExercising isn't expensive unless your motivation needs to be bought la haha! Exercise from home can also prevent obesity from happening.
