ReplyDeleteReally can drink so much as coffee contain caffeine . Intake a lot caffeine is not good for health.

I love coffee but I need to control my coffee intake as I'm a bit allergic on it. But I would like to try if i saw it :P

With coffee, the addiction can get to you pretty fast. I myself cut down from 3 to 1 cup a day Rawlins. Will take note of the suggestions and once again, cheer to the share! :)

ReplyDelete3 cups is the max for me, but it really depends on what type of coffee, you are right some may be beracun too
