Stand with your head and shoulder at the same width. Raise a ball over your head with both hands and slam it onto the ground with all your might. Grab the ball and repeat.
Lie on your back and lift head slightly off the floor. Pull thighs up to chest. Then slowly straighten legs back to the floor until a few inches from the floor. Hold them for a second then repeat bringing them up. Remember not to lift head too far up or arch your back.
Lie on the floor with feet flat and knees bent. Raise one leg off the ground and pull the knee to the chest. With one foot on the floor, lift the hip upward and raise glutes off the ground. Try to extend as far as possible, hold it there and then lower back to the start position.
Lie flat on your back and hands behind your head. Bent your knees and turn them down flat on the floor. Raise the upper body up until shoulder blades off the ground and hold it for a second. Then slowly lower to start position. Repeat.
Lie on the floor and bent your knees. Roll up the shoulder until the blades are few inches off the ground. Hold the position for a second before slowly return to the start position. Repeat.
Now, no more excuses.
Only a few minutes of your lunch break and later of the day after work.
Promise me to do these exercises before you become the cause of a natural disaster.
I used to do exercises like this every night... when I was at my thinnest. Not as motivated to do exercises anymore... sadly. Just want to sleep every time I get on my bed

Those are great movements which im personally trying out at home too! They definitely wont fail in giving you aches in the morning the next day. haha
