A New Smartphone in Town - GT 888

What do you look for when you are buying a smartphone? For me, there are some criteria that are a must-have whenever I am about to buy a new smartphone: | the quality of the pictures | the storage | the screen | the sound | the size of the phone.

So, when I encountered GT 888 from GT Mobile [a telcom and technology company from Singapore], the first thing I look at was its cameras. Wow! Impressive as it has a 8 MP for its rear camera and 5 MP for its front camera. Lets see if it walk the talk - so I tried taking a few pictures with the camera. Not bad at all. The camera has a lots of modes too - Face Beauty, Panorama, Motion Track, Multi Angle View and Live Photo.

Then I downloaded Spotify as I wants to test its sound system. I stored all my workout songs in Spotify and when I put on my headphone, I was impressed by the sound quality of GT 888.  Ok. You may say that it was due to the headphone. Even when I play my favorite games or even listen to songs, I was equally pleased by the quality. Since then, GT 888 has always been my workout buddy.

The screen is also a marvel to look at. With its 5.5" screen a on a 2.5D Arc Screen and 720 x 1280 pixels, playing games on  a smartphone gets more interesting. GT 888 is also loaded with 64-bit quad-core processor that will certainly enhances the experience of playing video games and other multi-tasking. Now I play all my mobile games on the new GT 888.

The experience? Very smooth and magnificent sessions of playing games. Oh ya. The storage is not a problem too as I expanded the storage to its maximum capacity which is 64GB. So yeah. Now I can store more pictures and play more games than ever!

To completely satisfy my 'standards' for smartphone, the size of GT 888 is just right on my palm. With its dimension of 158.9 x 77.5 x 8.6 mm and at the weight of 160 g, GT 888 is as light as you can imagine. It is lighter than my current smartphone which make GT 888 a greater companion during workout, jogging and other outdoor activities.
