For the one you love (in my case, for myself) |
- 1 packet of unflavoured gelatin
- 1/4 cup of cold water
- 1.5 cups of Pokka coffee range (I used Pokka Premium Milk Coffee and Pokka Cappuccino)
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of heavy whipped cream
Pokka Premium Milk Coffee |
Pokka Cappuccino |
Here's the video for your kind perusal.
#JanganMengata
As I have mentioned before, the ingredients mentioned above is for one flavour. So, I repeated the same step for my second flavour of Pokka drink.
Once the gelatin is set, you can start whipping the cream. I tried my might to whip the cream but apparently, the brand of whipped cream that I used will not thicken to a quality that I wanted it to be. Thus, the whipped cream became more like a liquid topping to the gelatin as per in the picture. So, to ensure prettier toppings to your gelatin, get the canned whipped cream where you can just spray it on the gelatin.
But hey, the ones that I made was delicious!
