I was invited to a staycation at Cyberview Resort & Spa which I happily accepted! I was supposed to check in at 3 pm but due to a hectic day at the office, I was only able to check in after office hour. Thus I was not able to capture its lush green and beautiful landscaped gardens and its surrounding. I went back to capture these beautiful views on another occasion as I feel that I will not be doing the place justice without sharing with all of you these views. 

I have actually visited Cyberview Resort & Spa for a few times to attend courses and meetings but have never stayed in one of its room. I was happy to find the abundance of parking spaces in front of the hotel lobby where I was greeted and ushered in by the ever-smiling staff there. Based on my previous visits, I know that Cyberview Resort & Spa is literally a resort in the middle of a booming city, Cyberjaya. It is strategically located in the middle of the greenery of Cyberjaya that gives a serene and calm ambience during my every visit - at times it feels magical even and unbelievable that this amazing resort is in the middle of Cyberjaya's technology, business and commercial district. Thus befitting the motto it carries 'Cyberjaya's Best Kept Secret'.

The resort features cosy rooms with four-poster beds and teak furniture of which 106 are chalets, 2 are two-bedroom suites and 2 are two-bedroom bungalows. There is also an exclusive honeymoon suite (Mawar Suite) and a presidential suite (Bunga Raya Suite), both with garden view jacuzzi tubs. Besides the usual in-room amenities, all rooms feature complimentary wireless internet services, cable television, in-room safe, private balcony, desk and living area.
For those who seek to please their palate, the resort's Bistro Cascata offers fusion Italian culinary delights in the afternoon and evening, with a choice to dine in its intimate setting or under the stars. The more casual Verandah Restaurant serves Pan-Asian cuisines within its high ceiling roof, wooden timber floor and clear panel windows glass. Karma Bar & Lounge is a favorite rendezvous for its afternoon snacks and drinks. Alternatively, there is also Chillax Pool Bar for those who want to relax by the pool. Xing Zhu Chinese Restaurant serves tantalising Chinese delicacies with a hint towards Cantonese cuisine. Upon checking in, I went straight to Sembunyi Spa to have the Maha Brata Experience. My checking in was a breeze - no hassle or long questions. Once done easing my mind, body and soul from the daily stress from work, I went straight to my Chalet. I drove to the quarters and was so happy to see the abundance of parking spaces. Some hotels and resorts do not prepare enough parking area for the guests. Here, the spaces are right in front of the quarters which eases my bringing my bags into the room. I learned from Reef that when he checked in earlier (he was on time haha), he was chauffeured to the quarters by the staff via buggy. Talking about vacationing like a boss, right!

When I entered the room, I froze in front of the door. The room was so huge - it has one queen-sized bed and a super single bed and I was alone! HaHa. I have invited a few friends to enjoy the room with me but everybody was busy. So, I get to enjoy the room all to myself (can run naked in the room haha).
I immediately went to the bathroom to check out its facility. Wow! There are a separate rainy shower and a bathtub! Yes! Someone will be having his bubble bath later!

Checking out the rest of the room made me grinned with satisfaction. Whenever I stay over in a hotel, I will always call the receptionist/ housekeeping department to send up an iron + ironing board and also a prayer mat. Here, everything is ready for use in a huge two-door closet - complete with 2 beautiful green bathrobes and slippers.  On the work table, I found a bowl of fresh fruits, a compliment from the resort. That was so thoughtful! I tried taking a picture on the balcony but it was already too dark and I also had to prepare for the dinner at Bistro Cascata. So, I showered and dressed up before heading for a scrumptious dinner at Bistro Cascata. Once dinner was done, I went back to my room and prepare the bubble bath.

While waiting for my bath to be ready, I watched a movie on the 32-inch flat screen. Then I realised that the resort also has a DVD player and i-pod dock ready for the guests to use. If only I brought my favorite movie. HaHa.

After the bubble-bath session, I just put on the robe and read a novel while putting on a movie on the TV and sipping #MinKaffe. I love the very innovative and space-saving coffee counter they have installed in the room. It looks like a huge and tall wooden and when you open it up, it will become a coffee-counter with a water heater and a fridge.

It must have been because of the spa session I had earlier and also because the bed was so comfortable, I think I had the best sleep ever that night. How do I know that I had the best sleep? That's because my Garmin watch recorded the longest deep sleep ever that night. I woke up happy and contented the very next day.  Another quality that I like about the room was it's wide vanity mirror and its counter top. It was spacious and ready with hair-dryer. No more fighting over the mirror here!

Before checking out, I went to have my breakfast at the Verandah Restaurant.
Oh my! I was spoilt for choices here! And the best thing was, I was the first one to be in the restaurant so I took my own sweet time to choose and order my food. HaHa.
Whoever went for a breakfast in a hotel at 630 am right? All in all, I had the best night and the best sleep ever for a very long time. Thanks to Cyberview Resort & Spa, my staycation there was the most relaxing and most pampered that I have ever had. So, now you want to have your own staycation too?
