Ristech Cafe - A Melting Pot of International Food with Local Amazing Flavours

Would you agree with me if I were to say that 'Where to eat?' is the hardest question to answer?
Especially when you are out with friends - a person likes dim sum, another wants Mamak, that girl wants Thai food and you needs those western dishes. 

The exact incident happens to me earlier this week. 
We were in Nilai, attending an event and later, on our way back, we decided to stop for meals (because we Malaysians have to eat on time, several times a day hahaha).

One suggested to Korean, another wanted Western and another one insisted on eating Italian.
So, are we going to eat separately? What should we do?

We asked Mr Google and almost instantly Mr Google suggested to try a new cafe in Nilai - Ristech Cafe.

We chose Ristech because it serves Korean, Western and Italian food! 
Situated right above Segi Fresh, the quaint cafe is certainly a great place to hang out with friends too. It feels very homey too.

We stated our orders and started to look around the cafe. There is a surau, a gaming area and a self-service area. I asked about the gaming and was told that one can play the PS4 games there for RM18 for two hours. And the games are recent too - should I buy the new games now for my PS4 at home?

As for the self-service area, it is for the ones that would like to eat instant noodles, with their own creativity and flavour. It's simple, just buy the noodle at the counter, head on to the self-service area and put in whatever spices, heat it in the microwave and enjoy the noodle. Nice right? 

Not so long after, our orders arrived. The chef himself brought the food to our table and introduced the dishes. He mentioned that he made everything at home - the patty, the sauces and pasta used in all the dishes. I was impressed as I know that the chef is fairly young (younger than me) and he has all the skills to prepare everything by himself.

I love that all these dishes are homemade - the balls, the bread and the sauces are homemade. I would say that the taste of the country of origin for each dish is there, but the chef enriches the flavour with some Malaysian touches here and there. 

Were we satisfied? Of course, as we managed to get all the food while it was hot. Please enjoy all these while it is still hot, don't let them become cold because you are busy instagramming them. Haha.

As we ordered the foods that are on the trail of trendy and viral, we decided to give these three drinks a try too.

The green drink is the Green Tea Latte Viral (RM5.50), the one that I am holding is the Ajushi Milk Tea Viral (RM7.00) and the last one is the Teh Puaka JB Viral (RM5.50)

Of course, I had the Ajushi Milk Tea Viral. As everyone is going crazy and trying all those milk tea with boba everywhere, I would say this one deserves some recognition too. It is tasty and not overly sweet. The boba is homemade too and best of all, no line required to buy this viral tea! 

If you are among the first 5 to buy the Ajushi Milk Tea Viral at 6 pm and 8 pm daily (except Friday as the cafe closes on Fridays), you will get the drink for only RM5. 

If you happen to be looking for a relaxing & chilling cafe to meet up with friends, the cafe is open daily from 8 am - 12 pm (for breakfast) then resumes at 3 pm until 10:30 pm daily, except for Friday as the cafe closes on Fridays. And you could book the cafe/ part of  the cafe for a private function too.

    The cikin-cikin tho, early in the morning looks tempting. Is Nilai near to Seremban eh? Thinking of dropping by if i was nearby hahah. The price is reasonable and i love how casual the cafe is.
