Eat Healthily During Lunar New Year


I, for one will never be able to say NO to my mum's cooking, thus the increase in weight every single time when I go back to my hometown.
Not that I am complaining tho'.

So, here are some ideas for us to enjoy during the coming Lunar New Year with less guilt, all because every single dish is below 400 Calories

  1. Semua makanan yang Rawlins letak sini nampak sedap2 tapi nasib baik dah breakfast pagi ni. Shrimp and snow pea noodles tu nampak yummy. Nak makan semua kena berpada-pada.
