MY REVIEW

As mentioned,  as we are now in the midst of fighting the pandemic Covid-19, taking Vitamin C daily helps to boost up the immune system (and also because I want less wrinkles just like my friend), I started taking the tablet since two weeks ago.

I chose the tablet as I see Fish Collagen on the ingredients list. Do you know as we ages, the lesser is our body's ability to reproduce its own collagen thus we need help in having the collagen in our body? 

Another fun fact, fish collagen is able to maintain its original structural shape which is the "Triple Helix" network, the same shape structure found in human collagen, thus making it the best choice of collagen to consume.
