Sajian Ramadan di Hujung Kampung Awaits at Hilton Petaling Jaya | With such classic and enticing theme, I am so looking forward to attending the ramadhan buffet at Hilton Petaling Jaya (Hilton PJ) this year. 

With the theme 'Sajian Ramadan di Hujung Kampung', Hilton PJ boasts an extensive celebratory menu for themed buffet, sahur buffet at Paya Serai and more. 

The themed ramadhan buffet is part of the nationwide 'Citarasa Serantau' campaign by Hilton hotels all over Malaysia. The nationwide theme is inspired by Malaysia's unique cultural tapestry and culinary heritage, bringing the iconic flavours of Malaysia together for all to taste. This being it will be highlighting dishes from the region and that include dishes from Thailand and Indonesia too.

The Menu @ Paya Serai

Paya Serai is the iconic outlet of Hilton PJ will be featuring a variety of its signature dishes, plus more than 10 live-action stalls. This will be practically a kenduri!

The buffet menus are also kept on a weekly rotation to give diners a fresh experience every time. The outlet offers an enhanced dining experience for diners and features a wide array of premium signature dishes such as:

• Kambing Golek on Mandy Rice
• Ayam Guling Panggang Berempah dengan Nasi Briyani
• Rusuk Lembu Direneh dengan Assam Pedas
• Gulai kawah Daging dengan Umbut Pisang

• Daging Bakar dengan Air Assam Utara
• Ikan Merah Seekor Bakar Sambal Petai
• Sup Ketam Nipah dengan Lada Hitam
• Bubur Lambuk Special dengan Ekor Lembu and 
• Nasi Kandar Lauk Kawah Berlima.

New Addition: The Talam Menu

Hilton PJ also launches Paya Serai Private Rooms that are ideal for small family gatherings and business entertainments that promise privacy and comfort for both formal and social events. 

Should you wish to have private gatherings and book these rooms during this Ramadan, you will enjoy add-on perks and are able to enjoy Paya Serai’s special Talam menus handcrafted by Chef Ridzuan Malek, Executive Chef of Hilton Petaling Jaya for only RM268 nett per adult and RM 138 nett per child.

The Talam sets feature six appetizers eight main courses and desserts, which includes

• Oso Maki

Genji also serves another set of bento consist of Malay Kuih, Prawn Teppanyaki, Cod Teppanyaki, Wagyu Enoki Aspara Roll Tepp, Assorted Mushrooms, Scallop Teppanyaki and Chicken Teppanyaki.
