Let's Breaking Fast 'Selera Nusantara' @ MBSA Banquet Hall | In just a few days time, Ramadan will be upon us. Have you been shopping Raya items for you and your loved ones? It is never too early to start buying clothes etc, but you could always be too late to buy them.

MBSA Banquet Hall is an ever popular location for various events - especially during Ramadan. This year, MBSA Banquet Hall is back with the Ramadhan Buffet, with the theme of 'SELERA NUSANTARA'. The Selera Nusantara Ramadhan Buffet will start from 25 March until 20 April 2023, 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm.

The Menu: Selera Nusantara

The buffet will be featuring Chef Bob and Chef Shahril, who have more than 15 years of experience, locally and abroad, have together produced a compilation of archipelago dishes that have more than 100 dishes that will appeal to all ages.

To start off the list, let's check out the appetizers such as 

• jeruk pak ali, 
• telur masin,
• ikan pekasam, 
• kerabu tauge pucuk paku,
• kerabu jantung pisang, 
• kerabu mangga, 
• kerabu ikan bilis, 
• pasembur utara, 
• pasta salad, 
• pecal, 
• keropok ikan, 
• papadom and many more. 

For lovers of sambal belacan, cencalok and budu are also served.

And to list some of the special dishes that await are:

• Kambing golek dengan sos lada hitam dan sos daun mint

• Mee goreng mamak
• ayam masak lemak cili api bersama pucuk ubi,

And to seal the deal there will also be a variety of traditional Malay kuih-muih, sago gula melaka, tapai pulut daun getah, various puddings, cream caramel, rojak buah and fruits.

The Price

Whereas, the normal price are as below from 24 March onwards (and still welll blow RM100): 

• The price of RM98 Nett for adults 
• RM58 Nett for seniors and children 

Will there be ample parking spaces and surau? Yes, of course. And the hall is disabled-friendly and also air-conditioned.

And I also heard that there will amazing performances by guest artistes during the breaking of fast, accompanied by a live band. 

If you also need to have one or two (dozens) of #OOTD for the gram, there will also be the OOTD corner. And parents - there will be a kid corner for the children to play in.
