Tradisi Warisan Ramadan Buffet at the Four Points by Sheraton Puchong | Here's another classic theme for Ramadan buffet that really pique my interest to look at the menu.
This year, the Eatery at Four Points by Sheraton Puchong welcomes the patrons by the decorations of Traditional Batik. Batik is a piece of clothing, similar to skirt, that is still used by many until today, both men and women alike. And at the Eatery, I saw all the crews are donning batik, one way or another, throughout the buffet. The batik decoration is also incorporated into the stage set up for the Ghazal performances by Luxmana Songkok, a group Known for their live traditional contemporary performance that will have you reminiscing during the month of Ramadan.

This year, Chef Aris and his culinary team welcomes you once again to their specialty buffet spread.
So, what's on the menu for he breaking fast buffet this year? This year Chef Aris brings us the gastronomic buffet spread with touches of tradition and heritage as the theme Tradisi Warisan with the flavors that patrons will surely lookout for on a yearly basis.
The buffet spread consists of more than 50 heritage kampung-style fare with flavors that are reminiscent of traditional cooking. The list of the comforting traditional foods such as, and the list is by no means exhaustive:

- Ikan Siakap Goreng Berlada dengan Terung Pipit
- Tulang Rusuk Masak Masala Pedas
- Kambing Bakar dengan Kuah Percik

Tradisi Warisan buffet dinner is available from 23 March until 21 April 2023, priced at RM158nett (adult) and RM79nett (child).
