The Family Plan [Movie Review] | I recently subscribed to Apple TV, just to watch Monarch: Legacy of Monsters. And I am living that decision because Monarch is great!

While waiting for the new episodes to upload every Friday, I watch other movies and series available there too. So, The Family Plan just dropped.

No expectation, just looking for a fun movie to watch.

Dan is a boring suburban dad of three who works at a second-hand car dealer shop. He is great at his work, his wife, Jessica adores him and their kids kinda ok with him. The two elder ones are at that age where everything is not their fault and their youngest is still a baby. 

Dan really don't like technology. And he loves his routine. 

Jessica loves Dan but she wants Dan to be adventurous and willing to try new things at times. 

But there's an entire a whole life of Dan's that nobody knows. Decades earlier, he was an elite government assassin tasked with eliminating the world’s deadliest threats. 

When his past life comes knocking and threatening his family, he packs everything up and tells his family that they are on a family vacation road trip to Vegas.

Kyle, his pro-gamer son and Nina, his angsty daughter likes the idea but soon hates the idea that they are traveling with no access to internet. 

Dan's idea is to meet with his informant friend, get a new lease of life for his whole family and live peacefully elsewhere, after he tells them his past life to them. 

Along the way, he must put his long-dormant survival and killer skills into action, without having his family notices them.

Who are the enemies that are crawling back into his life and determined to wipe Dan's family?

MY REVIEW

Plot: 3.9/ 5.0 The movie is very simple and straight-forward. And it is a fun movie to watch with the family.

Cast: 4.5/ 5.0 A great assemble. 

Will I Watch It Again: Yes, because it is a fun movie!
