The Kedah "Special" Kari Kepala Ikan is another highlight; its traditional recipe adds a touch of history to the buffet. Melaka Asam Pedas Ekor, Satay, and Gulai Kawah Tulang Rawan are some more enticing options that promise a culinary experience that is timeless.

Among the many mouthwatering delicacies available to seafood lovers and pescatarians are Seafood on Ice, Grilled Sea Bass, and Lobster Sambal Petai.
