Experience an Immersive Iftar of 'Nostalgia Desa' at D'Pine Loghouse, Farm in the City | It is March and Ramadan is literally just around the corner. InsyaAllah, in less than 2 weeks, the Muslims will be observing Ramadan and of course, the next best thing about the holy month is the ritual of breaking fast with family and friends.
To my friends residing around the area of Serdang, Balakong, Puchong, Putrajaya and Cyberjaya, if you are still looking for a venue to have an iftar session with your buddies and possibly looking for a buffet that will not break your bank account, D'Pine Loghouse @ Farm in the City is the answer.
D'Pine Loghouse @ Farm in the City
I bet all of us have heard of the famous Farm in the City (FITC). But ain't that place a petting zoo? How come it is offering an iftar buffet? Will you be dining in the zoo compound?
No, silly you. There is actually a restaurant, a 2-storey building just beside the zoo, named D'Pine Loghouse. Located just a 5-minute walk from the MRT Putra Permai (PY37) station using the MRT Putrajaya Line route, D'Pine Loghouse boast a spacious car park facilities too.
Nostalgia Desa Iftar
So, what's great about iftar session here?
As the name suggests, you'll walk into a 100% double-storey wooden structure, transporting you back to that kampung atmosphere. With a spacious halaman rumah, your children will enjoy their time playing at the front yard while you are enjoying your time, while the staff accompanies them playing. Your kids (and you too) will enjoy the experience of meeting the adorable animal companions during the iftar, guided by the staff, of course. There will also be traditional games, suitable for people of all ages.
And the food? Fret not as D'Pine Loghouse has invited its partner, Hidayah Catering to take care of the iftar spread. Hidayah Catering boasts a 30-year experience in Malay Cuisines, will be preparing a total of 88 delicious traditional and celebrated Malay dishes daily.
