Elena, an American psychiatrist, is married to Pietro and moved to Italy. They had two children and everything seems lovely. 

Soon, financial problems kick in and Elena wants out. So now they are having an on-going custody battle and the kids are traveling to and from between their parents every other weekend. 

One weekend, the kids are staying with Pietro and Elena has to travel for work. When Pietro and the kids arrive at his home, one of the loan sharks is waiting for him, demanding his money. Pietro promises he'll deliver soon. 

That night, after putting the kids into bed, Pietro drinks just to numb the problems. Later, when he checks the kids, they are not in their beds. He looks for them frantically and he had to call Elena when he fails to find them. 

Elena arrives and furiously blames Pietro. Then they received a phone call from the kidnapper who demands Euro 150,000 within 36 hours if they want their kids back, alive. 

Desperate, Pietro turns to his old buddy, Nicola, who is a criminal. Nicola agrees to provide the money, but Pietro has to do one small smuggling job for him. 

The mission goes awry but Pietro manages to return home in time and with money in hand, he rushes to Elena's home. He has been trying to contact Elena the whole night and left unanswered. 

Imagine his shock to see his kids having breakfast with Elena in the dining room. 

Was he dreaming the whole abducting scenes? What's actually going on?

MY REVIEW

What I Like:

• The movie was not rushed - it takes its time to explain things.
• The cast are great  

What I Don't Like:

• Predictable - I think I knew the perpetrator 30 minutes in the movie.  

Will I Watch It Again: Yes, I would.
