Flight Risk [Movie Review] | As I scrolled the net, I came across the movie poster and seeing Mark's face on it intrigued me. 

I went in without any expectations or knowledge of the movie.

U.S. Marshal Madolyn tracks down Winston, an accountant-turned-informant hiding in remote Alaska, and boards a private plane to escort him to New York. Their pilot, Daryl seems ordinary—until Winston spots a different face on his pilot’s license. Too late. The man drops his act—he’s a hitman, and their plane is his kill box.

Madolyn tases the assassin and takes control of the plane, calling her boss, Caroline, who insists Winston must survive to take down the Moretti crime family. But as more secrets unravel, Madolyn realizes her agency isn’t just compromised—it’s infested with rats sharing confidential information with outsiders. Director Coleridge lets slip details Winston recognizes from his time laundering money for Moretti. The betrayal puts them all in deeper danger.

Shackled but smug, the hitman taunts Winston, threatening his mother and exposing Madolyn’s past failure—how she once abandoned a witness in a burning hotel. Meanwhile, ground pilot Hasan guides Madolyn through flying, keeping her steady with humor and the promise of a drink when they land.

The assassin breaks free, stabbing Winston and strangling Madolyn with a seatbelt. Winston, bleeding out, yanks the knife from his chest and cuts her free. Madolyn fires a flare gun, blasting the killer to the back of the plane. 

With Winston fading, Hasan instructs Madolyn to burn fuel fast for an emergency landing. Just as they descend, the hitman lunges again. Madolyn shoots him mid-attack, sending him hurtling from the plane to his death.

Who is the rat and are they really safe once they've touched down?

MY REVIEW

What I Like:  

• Mark is bald and he is dangerous in the movie.
• Just the right amount of comedy and action in the movie.

What I Don't Like:

• I don't know - if Liam Neeson were to star in the movie, I think this one could soar higher.

Will I Watch It Again: Yes.
